…With a farming partnership between Pearce Watson Senior and Tim Watson, which developed into an industry leading dairy bull beef fattening system. Tim has subsequently built a strong genetics business based around an elite herd of dairy cows. This intergenerational farming family have pooled extensive knowledge and expertise across both the beef and dairy industries. Their passion continues to thread through the animals and land today, with son Ben, his wife Stacey and four children now proudly carrying the torch, steering the enterprise with further innovation and growth.

Ben has been involved in ‘Industry Good’ work with Jersey and cross bred genetics, driven by a desire to improve practices, embrace scientific advancements, and ensure there is development into sustainable practices. He is taking the family business to new heights, with the wider industry at heart.
